How the refundable pilot works
The honest mechanics, in plain language.
- What does the $297 cover?
- Full V1 product — the quote-memory engine, Telegram approval loop, and evidence trace. Plus concierge onboarding (~45 minutes synchronous, the rest handled for you), a direct line to the founder, and a written success-criteria contract that defines what working actually means for your business specifically.
- How does the refund actually work?
- Two paths. Cancel during the first 30 days for a full refund — no questions, no Schedule A determination required. Or, if you complete the pilot, you have a 7-day claim window after day 30 to request a refund based on the agreed written success criteria. We respond within 5 business days; the agreed evidence source on your signed Schedule A breaks ties. If a refund-relevant criterion was not met per that evidence, full refund. The subscription only auto-converts after the claim window closes — and is suspended if a claim is open — so you are never charged a second time while a refund is pending.
- What if I cancel before day 30?
- Cancel during the first 30 days for a full refund. No questions, no exit interview, no clawback. The Schedule A success-criteria path is for completing the pilot and disputing the result — that is a different mechanic from a mid-pilot cancellation.
- Will you actually sign a contract?
- Yes. We send the founding-pilot agreement — with your specific success criteria attached as Schedule A — before any checkout link. No checkout link until the contract is signed by both sides.
- Why only 10 founding tenants?
- The first 10 get concierge onboarding from the founder directly, which is genuinely time-bounded. After 10 we either pause new founding pilots or shift to a productized onboarding that is a different product.
